WHY ADD IT TO YOUR ROUTINE?

Five reasons to reach for Glormate.

Firmer-looking skin

Red-light settings are designed to support collagen-focused skin care for firmer-looking, smoother skin over time.

Muscle-toning support

EMS delivers electrical pulses to stimulate underlying muscles. Adjustable settings let you tailor the sensation to your comfort and the device instructions.

Smoother-looking texture

Dynamic cupping combines suction with gliding massage to target areas where uneven texture or cellulite is visible.

Circulation & lymphatic support

Rhythmic vacuum massage is designed to support local circulation and fluid movement as part of a body-care routine.

A contouring routine at home

Use one compact tool across different body areas, without arranging a spa appointment. Appearance changes depend on consistent use and individual response.

HOW IT WORKS

The technology behind your routine.

01 · Dynamic cupping

The cup creates a vacuum contact with the skin. Moving the head across a prepared area combines suction and massage, helping you work along the contours of the body rather than staying in one spot.

02 · EMS muscle stimulation

EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. The contact points deliver electrical pulses to the muscles beneath the skin. Use the recommended settings and a compatible conductive product for the selected EMS mode.

03 · Red & blue light settings

Light is integrated into the treatment head, bringing light settings and massage into the same handheld device. Red light is used in cosmetic routines focused on the appearance of firmness and skin texture. Select the available red or blue setting according to the supplied instructions.

04 · Adjustable intensity

Begin with the lowest comfortable setting and build familiarity before changing intensity. Select the cup and mode for the area you want to work on; the strongest setting is not required for an effective routine.

MATCH THE CUP TO THE AREA

Two shapes. A more tailored massage.

Small round cup and wider rectangular cup attachments

Small, round cup

Choose the round attachment for narrower areas such as the arms and calves.

Larger, rectangular cup

Choose the wider attachment for broader areas such as the abdomen, waist, thighs and glutes.

Attach the selected cup securely before starting. Keep the head gliding and use only the body areas listed in the device instructions.

HOW TO USE

Three simple steps.

1 · Cleanse & prep

Clean the area, then apply a body gel or light massage product compatible with the mode you are using. For EMS, follow the supplied instructions for the required conductive medium.

2 · Choose your cup & setting

Use the smaller round cup for the arms or calves and the larger rectangular cup for the abdomen, waist, thighs or glutes. Start low and choose a comfortable setting.

3 · Glide in upward motions

Move the device in smooth upward passes. A typical routine uses 5–10 minutes per area within a 10–15 minute total session, used 3–5 times per week. Treat one or two areas per session, remain within the supplied manual's limits, and stop if the sensation becomes uncomfortable.

Keep the head moving instead of holding suction on one spot. After use, switch the device off, clean the contact surfaces and cups as directed, and store them dry.

BUILD A CONSISTENT ROUTINE

Give your body care time to become a habit.

Start with comfort

In your first sessions, learn which cup fits each area and which intensity feels comfortable. Keep your movement steady.

Check texture & appearance

Use the same lighting and body position if you track changes in skin texture or the appearance of firmness. Do not compare different angles as if they show a treatment result.

Reassess over several weeks

Over the first 2–3 weeks, pay attention to how your skin feels and looks. Reassess your routine over 6–8 weeks of consistent use. Results vary; keep the recommended session length and intensity.

Keep your routine realistic

Massage supports a body-care routine. It does not establish fat removal, permanent weight loss or a replacement for exercise, nutrition or medical treatment.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Frequently asked questions

What does Glormate Body Sculptor do?

It combines EMS muscle stimulation, red and blue light settings, and dynamic cupping in one handheld body-care device. The routine focuses on the appearance of skin smoothness, firmness and contour.

How does EMS work?

EMS uses electrical pulses delivered through the contact points to stimulate underlying muscles. Begin with a comfortable intensity and follow the manual for placement, duration and conductive products.

How does dynamic cupping help?

The cup creates rhythmic suction while you glide it along the skin. This massage is intended to support local circulation and fluid movement, while working on the look of uneven texture.

Which cup should I use?

Use the smaller round cup for arms and calves. The larger rectangular cup suits broader areas such as the abdomen, waist, thighs and glutes.

How often should I use it, and for how long?

The suggested routine is 3–5 sessions per week, around 10–15 minutes per session. The glide instructions suggest 5–10 minutes per area within that session. Follow the supplied manual if it specifies a shorter limit.

When should I expect a change?

Appearance changes vary and develop over time. Check your skin's appearance over the first 2–3 weeks, then reassess after 6–8 weeks of regular use. These are evaluation windows, not guaranteed results. Stay within the recommended session length.

Is it suitable for every skin type?

Suitability depends on your skin and health circumstances. Check the manual before use. If you have light sensitivity, active skin conditions, wounds or another relevant concern, get professional advice before using it.

Should it hurt or leave marks?

Use a mild, comfortable setting. Suction can cause temporary redness or marks, particularly at higher intensity or when held in one place. Keep the head moving, release the suction if necessary, and stop if pain or persistent irritation occurs.

Can I use it with creams or oils?

Prepare the skin with a compatible glide product. EMS may require a conductive gel; an ordinary oil is not automatically a substitute. Follow the supplied instructions for the mode you select.

Are the devices different between sets?

No. All three options contain the same device. The selected set determines whether you receive 1, 2 or 3 devices.

Does it remove fat or guarantee permanent weight loss?

No fat-removal, weight-loss or permanent-result guarantee is made. This product is for cosmetic body-care massage, and individual appearance results vary.

How should I care for the device?

Switch it off after use. Clean the cup and contact surfaces using the method in the supplied instructions, then allow them to dry before storing.
